1. Customized & Commissioned Artworks

All customized or commissioned artworks are created specifically based on the client’s requirements, preferences, and approvals.
Due to the personalized nature of these artworks:

• Refunds are not applicable once the order is confirmed.

• Orders for customized or commissioned paintings cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

2. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once an order is placed and confirmed:

• The order cannot be cancelled, modified, or transferred.

• This applies to artworks, workshops, courses, and any other services offered by Artspace by Tejal Jangla.

3. Advance Payments

• Any advance payment made towards an artwork, course, or service is strictly non-refundable.

• Advance payments are considered a confirmation of your order and help us initiate planning, materials procurement, and scheduling.

4. Courses, Workshops & Art Sessions

• Fees paid for courses, workshops, or art sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Missed sessions due to personal reasons will not be compensated or refunded.

5. Non-Delivery of Service

In the rare event that Artspace by Tejal Jangla is unable to deliver a confirmed service due to unavoidable circumstances:

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed solely at our discretion.

• Any approved refund will be issued using the original mode of payment within a reasonable processing timeframe.

6. Shipping & Delivery (If Applicable)

• Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.

• Any visible damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper photographic evidence.

7. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with Artspace by Tejal Jangla, you:

• Acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.

• Accept that all decisions made by Artspace by Tejal Jangla regarding refunds or cancellations are final.
