International orders are shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 15 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Processing time may vary for customized or commissioned artworks, depending on the complexity, size, and specific requirements of the artwork.
Customers will be notified in case of any significant delay in processing.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on the buyer’s location, shipping address, and the courier partner used.
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays due to weather conditions, logistics issues, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
4. Packaging & Handling
All paintings are professionally packed using secure and protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Special care is taken for fragile, large-size, or premium artworks.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
International shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or import fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Artspace by Tejal Jangla is not responsible for delays or additional costs arising due to customs clearance procedures.
6. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries
Despite careful packaging, if your artwork is received in a damaged or tampered condition:
Please inform us within 36 hours of delivery.
Share clear photographs and/or videos of the damaged artwork, outer packaging, and inner packaging for verification.
Claims reported after 36 hours may not be accepted.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order.
Artspace by Tejal Jangla will not be responsible for delays, misdelivery, or loss caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
8. Ownership & Risk
Once the artwork is handed over to the courier partner, the risk of loss or damage during transit lies with the courier service.
However, we will assist customers in coordinating with the courier partner wherever possible.
